Right of Withdrawal

 

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the European Union. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered a single item or several items as part of a single order and these goods are delivered in a single delivery, or
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several items as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, or
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,
analograum GmbH i. Gr. – Grimmstrasse 10 – 10967 Berlin – Germany, via a clear written statement (e.g. by post, email to info@analograum.com or via our contact form of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reimbursements will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, subject to the conditions stated above.

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

 

 

Returns

 

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, we must receive a written statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Items may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • Returned items should, where possible, be sent back in their original packaging and with all accessories, tool kits and tags included. Missing original packaging or accessories may result in a reduction of the refund amount if this leads to a diminished value of the goods.

 

 

Faulty Items

 

Customers are kindly requested to inspect deliveries upon receipt and report visible transport damages or product defects within 24 hours to support insurance and shipping claims. This does not affect statutory consumer warranty rights.

Please do keep all original packaging for inspection and an eventual return shipment.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. analograum will review the issue and, if verified, replace or repair the damaged items at no cost.

If a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange the item immediately. Otherwise the made-to-order lead time estimates mentioned on the respective product pages under shipping are to be considered.

Minor material or colour variations resulting from unique or hand-made production methods are considered characteristic of the product and do not constitute defects.

 

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Please note that refunds to debit or credit cards may take 1–2 weeks to process.

  • Customers bear the direct costs of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customs duties, local tariffs and sales taxes outside the EU are non–refundable.
  • Additional costs resulting from express shipping or delivery methods differing from our standard delivery service are non-refundable.

 

 

Exclusions

 

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom–made, personalised or manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications.
  • Returns or exchanges requested outside the stated withdrawal period cannot be accepted. This does not affect statutory consumer warranty rights.
  • Customers bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature (bulky furniture), return costs may vary depending on destination and carrier.
  • If returned goods cannot be accepted due to unpaid return charges, we reserve the right to deduct any direct recovery costs from the refund amount.
