Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are charged separately.
- You can check the applicable shipping costs at checkout by entering your delivery address.
- Shipping costs are charged per order and are calculated based on product selection, parcel dimension, total order weight and delivery destination.
- Shipping costs may vary for multiple or large furniture items.
- We strongly recommend that international clients—particularly for oversized furniture orders—contact us prior to placing an order to receive a detailed shipping quotation.
B2B Orders
If you are interested in larger order quantities, individual shipping arrangements or detailed lead times, please contact us via email prior to placing your order. We will be happy to provide a tailored B2B quotation.
Free Shipping
The analograum online store may offer free shipping within Germany or the EU on selected high-value products. This information is stated on the respective product page under shipping.
International Shipping Costs Adjustments – Oversized & Heavy Goods
All shipping costs displayed at the time of order placement are based on the information available and the applicable carrier rates at that time. While we strive to ensure accuracy and stability of these costs, shipping rates are subject to change due to external factors beyond our control.
Such factors may include, but are not limited to, fluctuations in fuel prices, carrier surcharges, changes in international shipping regulations, customs requirements, geopolitical developments, or disruptions within global logistics networks.
In exceptional cases involving significant and unforeseeable increases in shipping costs after order placement but prior to dispatch, we may contact the customer to discuss revised shipping arrangements.
The customer will have the option to either confirm the revised shipping costs or cancel the order free of charge prior to shipment.
No additional charges will be applied without the customer’s prior consent.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
EU
Most European destinations are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price.
DDP shipping applies to the following regions: European Union member states
International (Non-EU)
We do not offer DDP shipping to regions outside the EU.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties & tariffs, customs fees and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.
As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for paying all applicable duties, tariffs and local taxes directly to customs or the courier before your goods are released from customs.
Risk Transfer for B2B Orders
For business-to-business (B2B) transactions, the risk of accidental loss, damage or deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier, freight forwarder or other third party appointed to execute the shipment (§ 447 BGB).
Delivery Times
- Germany | usually within 2 – 4 business days
- EU | usually within 3 – 10 business days
- International | usually within 2 – 4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Made-to-order products | lead time estimates for all items not in stock are stated on the respective product page under shipping.
If we become aware that delivery within the communicated timeframe is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with a revised delivery date.
In the event of delivery delays exceeding 3 months that are not caused by force majeure, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Further claims arising from delivery delays are excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence or mandatory statutory liability. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. In cases of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, delivery times shall be extended accordingly.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect all parcels and items immediately upon delivery. Customers are kindly requested to report visible damages within 24 hours of receipt via email to support shipping insurance and carrier claims.
- Any visible damage should be reported to the delivery service at the time of receipt, additionally, please contact us immediately.

Photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s) must be included.

Do keep all original packaging for inspection and an eventual return shipment.
analograum will review the issue and, if verified, replace or repair the damaged items at no cost.
If a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange the item immediately. Otherwise, the made-to-order lead time estimates mentioned on the respective product pages under shipping are to be considered.
This does not affect statutory consumer warranty rights.
Contract Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal. A withdrawal may be submitted using our online withdrawal form: EU Contract Withdrawal Form
