Buying Products on our Website
By placing an order on the analograum online store you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us via the contact form before placing your order with us.
We must receive payment of the full purchase price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A binding contract is only concluded once we have accepted your order by email confirmation or dispatch of the goods. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Prices
The analograum online store accepts payments in Euro (€), unless stated otherwise. All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated based on product selection, parcel dimensions, total order weight and delivery destination.
Payment Options
We use PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify (credit cards) to process your payments. If you wish to pay by direct transfer please choose this option at checkout, you will receive all necessary bank account details after you have placed your order. After we have confirmed the availability of the goods ordered by sending you an order confirmation or invoice, you have to transfer the full invoice balance in advance. Shipping will take place once payment has been received in our account.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of analograum until full payment has been received.
For business customers, ownership of the goods shall remain with analograum until all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship have been settled in full.
Gift Card Voucher
Gift card vouchers can be purchased online and are valid indefinitely. Gift card vouchers can be used online by entering the voucher code into the 'Gift Voucher Promo Code' field at checkout. Gift card vouchers may only be redeemed using the original voucher code. Any remaining balance will remain credited to the voucher code for future purchases.
Discount Code
Discount codes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. analograum retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively to an order. The minimum specified order threshold is the value of the whole order before discount is applied. New customer signup codes can only be used once and are subject to an expiry date.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and will reimburse any payments already made without undue delay.
Accuracy Of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is intended to be as accurate as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious errors relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, specifications or other content are entirely free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Errors and Omissions
Despite careful review, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment or mandatory statutory consumer rights.
In cases of slight negligence, analograum shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, transport interruptions or shortages of materials and energy. This also applies to delays affecting our suppliers.
In such cases, delivery and performance periods shall be extended accordingly.
Electronic Withdrawal Form
Consumers entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may also submit their withdrawal electronically using our online withdrawal form: EU Contract Withdrawal Form
The use of the online withdrawal form is voluntary and does not affect the consumer's right to exercise the withdrawal by any other legally permitted means.Upon submission of the online withdrawal form, we will provide confirmation of receipt without undue delay by electronic means.
Jurisdiction
This website, these Terms of Service and any contract entered into as a result of the use of this website shall be governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
For merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Contract Language
Contracts may be concluded in German or English.
In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the German version shall prevail to the extent legally permissible.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to analograum. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
