Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are charged separately.
- You can check the applicable shipping costs at checkout by entering your delivery address.
- Shipping costs are charged per order and are calculated based on product selection, total order weight and delivery destination.
- Shipping costs may vary for multiple or large furniture items.
B2B Orders
If you are interested in larger order quantities, individual shipping arrangements or detailed lead times, please contact us via email prior to placing your order. We will be happy to provide a tailored quotation.
Free Shipping
The analograum online store may offer free shipping within Germany or the EU on selected high-value products. This information is stated on the respective product page under shipping.
2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Germany & EU
Most European destinations are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price.
DDP shipping applies to the following regions: Germany & EU countries
International (Non-EU)
We do not offer DDP shipping to regions outside the EU.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.
As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to customs or the courier (e.g. UPS or DHL) before your goods are released from customs.
3. Delivery Times

Germany & EU: usually delivered within 3–10 business days from order receipt

International: usually delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing

made-to-order products: delivery time exceptions are stated on the respective product page
If we become aware that delivery within the agreed timeframe is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with a revised delivery date.
If the delay exceeds three (3) months and is not caused by force majeure, you are entitled to cancel the order. No further claims may be made against analograum due to delivery delays. In cases of force majeure, delivery schedules will be extended accordingly.
4. Shipping Damage
Please inspect all parcels and items immediately upon delivery.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email or our contact form. Photos of the damage or defects should be included.
- Any visible damage must be reported to the delivery service at the time of receipt.
- Additionally, please contact us immediately.
- Do keep all original packaging for inspection and an eventual return shipment.
analograum will review the issue and, if verified, replace or repair the damaged items at no cost.
if a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange the item immediately. otherwise the made-to-order shipping lead times mentioned on the respective product pages are to be considered.
Damage claims submitted after 24h upon delivery cannot be accepted.
5. Faulty Items
Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email or our contact form. Photos of the damage or defects should be included.
Please do keep all original packaging for inspection and an eventual return shipment.
Returns of faulty items are only accepted if the item was faulty at the time of delivery. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Analograum will review the issue and, if verified, replace or repair the damaged items at no cost.

Items showing material or colour imperfections due to unique or hand-made production methods are not being considered faulty.

6. Returns
Please notify us via email or our contact form if you wish to return or exchange any non-damaged items.
Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by shipping them back to us.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are returned and received in the same condition as delivered.
Subject to availability, items returned within this period may also be exchanged. Please let us know whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

7. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Please note that refunds to debit or credit cards may take 1–2 weeks to process.

All shipping and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Customs duties and sales taxes outside the EU are non-refundable.

If a product that qualified for free shipping is returned for a monetary refund (not an exchange or store credit), the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
8. Exclusions

Custom-made items and reduced Sale items cannot be returned.

Returns or exchanges requested or received outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted.

For all non-faulty returns, customers must pay all shipping and return shipping costs.
- If returned goods are not received or return shipping costs are unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct the direct recovery costs from the refund amount.
