Shipping Policy

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, parcel dimensions, total order weight and delivery destination.

Delivery Times

• Germany: usually 2–4 business days
• EU: usually 3–10 business days
• International: usually 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing
• Made-to-order items: estimated lead times are stated on the respective product page

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning applicable duties and taxes are included where stated.

For destinations outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery for any visible damage. If you notice any damage in transit, please contact us by email as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Right of Withdrawal
