The pressure series by Tim Teven uses material deformation as a tool to design. Exposing the metal vases to up to 45 metric tons of pressure makes them yield and beautiful folds appear, making the hard and cold material look soft and tangible. Minor irregularities in the surface are part of the industrial character of these hand made steel tube vases.

Each pressure vase is a collectible design piece, unique in its form and chrome plated finish.
